1986: Company founded. Specializing in OEM manufacture of all types of bicycle derailleur and brake cable.

1987-1992: Commence direct export to all major bicycle factories. Establishment of R&D department to develop new related components.

1993-1995: Development of own brands, CCC & Jagwire having now completed trademark registration.

1996: August, receive ISO 9002 approval certificate. .BSI. FM 34038. September, 5th National award for small-to medium enterprises. October, Taiwan fine-export, International Golden Globe Award.

1997: May, Achieve Ministry of Economic Affairs small-to-medium enterprise Little Giant status. December, President Y.P.Kuo elected Model of Youth Entrepreneur of the Republic of China.

1998: September, Honored with Rising Star award. Patents held for 18 product sets.

1999: Business development into the field of the electronic thermal solution.
