RMA Return Policy Contact our RMA Department at 510-824-0888 to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 14 calendar days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.

· To receive a refund or credit, your purchased item(s) must be returned with pre-paid shipping in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in forfeiture of your refund or a 15% restocking fee.

· Within 30 calendar days a full refund will be issued from the invoice date. After 30 calendar days a 15% restocking fee will apply.

· To receive a replacement, your purchased item(s) must be returned with pre-paid shipping in a well protected packaging. If the package is not well protected, Select Cool / CoolJag USA will not be liable for any shipping damages.

· All items have a one year warranty.

· Shipping charges are not refundable.

· Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card or be issued as a store credit.

· Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges.

Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery.
